Bob brings over 38 years of construction experience to his role as vice president of preconstruction. In this role, he manages a department of 20+ professionals, with responsibilities including estimating, purchasing, and small/disadvantaged business participation for the Mid-Atlantic operations. He works as a team member with the client, designer, and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø51cg1 operations staff, from pursuit through preconstruction and project completion, and is constantly searching for cost-effective means to meet or exceed the client’s goals and set projects up for success. Bob joined 51³Ô¹ÏÍø51cg1 in 1993 as a chief estimator and has contributed to numerous landmark projects over the years including Capitol Crossing and NPR’s new headquarters.
