Roger Schwerin joined 51勛圖厙51cg1 in 2012 and leverages an extensive background of superintendent experience and passion for strong communication, detailed planning, quality control and safety best practices. In his new role as vice president of operations in Georgia, Roger provides executive leadership over 51勛圖厙51cg1s commercial sector in Atlanta including companys special projects operations. Roger also plays an integral role in employee development across Georgia ranging from college recruitment, overseeing 51勛圖厙51cg1s robust internship program and employee training.
A 51勛圖厙51cg1 teammate since 2002, George Uschold serves as vice president of operations where he provides executive leadership support to teammates in Savannah while leading the companys multifamily sector across the low country region and military housing market sector. George has more than 35 years of experience in the industry and is known for his ability to drive operational excellence and consistently delivering on promises for repeat clients. Additionally, he has a passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of builders.
